Rules for Newsletter Give-aways
SUBSCRIPTION DRAWINGS
Three (3) Subscription Incentive awards consisting of one (1)
25pt diamond pendant with 14K chain will be awarded per subscription
promotion. Winners will be selected by random electronic drawing
on the last day of the month of the promotion. Only valid and
complete subscription entries are eligible. Limit one (1) entry
per person.
All entrants will be notified by e-mail. See General Rules and
Restrictions below.
"MOST VALUABLE CONTRIBUTOR"
AWARDS
The "Most Valuable Contributor" award recognizes an outstanding
article, best practice or tip submitted by a newsletter reader.
All general subscribers to the Recognition Insider newsletter
are eligible to participate by submitting an appropriate item.
Submissions are evaluated by our panel of HR professionals and
editorial staff based on the merits of creativity, scalability
and general applicability of the item. Awards are made when
an exceptional contribution occurs, and are not associated with
a time period or edition of the newsletter.
If you have an item for consideration, submit it via e-mail
to RecognitionInsider@terryberry.com. Only entries in text,
HTML, RTF or Microsoft Word (tm) formats will be accepted.
A "Most Valuable Contributor" awardee will receive an item of
significant value selected at Terryberry's discretion. For
example, some previous awardees received a 25pt diamond pendant
with 14K chain.
Contributions become the property of Terryberry and The Recognition
Insider, who is granted all all rights to reproduce, editorialize,
reprint, broadcast, e-mail or otherwise act upon the item. The
Recognition Insider reserves the right to edit any contribution
to improve readability or to meet space constraints.
Award winners will be notified by e-mail. There is no limit
as to the frequency or number of times you can contribute; multiple
contributions are encouraged. See General Rules and Restrictions
below.
GENERAL RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
To be eligible, subscribers must be at least 18 years of age
or older. Prize winners are responsible for payment of any and
all taxes and/or fees that may apply to each award, including
local, state and federal taxes that may be applicable.
The following are ineligible for these promotions: Terryberry
employees, contractors, family members, professional writers,
sponsors and other affiliates associated with Terryberry or
the Recognition Insider. |
